How event passes, product orders, refunds and delivery work on Pune Ganpati LIVE.

Terms of use

Pune Ganpati LIVE lists events, passes and products from organisers and partner sellers. Event details, timings and prices are provided by organisers and can change; please confirm with the organiser before travelling.

By buying a pass or product you agree to the organiser or seller's conditions shown on the event or product page. Entry may be refused if the organiser's rules are not followed.

Refund and cancellation

Event passes: if an event is cancelled by the organiser, the pass amount is refunded to the original payment method. Otherwise passes are non-refundable unless the event page says so. Contact us with your payment receipt for any pass issue.

Products: if an item arrives damaged or different from the listing, contact us within the period stated on the product page with photos. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery areas, charges and timelines for each product are stated on the product page or confirmed on WhatsApp before payment. Digital passes are confirmed through the payment receipt and the organiser's message.
